Find the real visa site before you pay
Lookalike sites charge extra for forms the government gives you directly. Paste a link to check it, or find the official portal below.
Official portals
That country is not listed yet. Countries are added in batches, each checked against embassy or government sources first.
Why check before you pay
Governments in India, Turkey, Korea, Cambodia and elsewhere have warned that lookalike sites copy official templates, buy search ads and charge far more than the government fee. Some file a genuine application and add a large service charge. Others take the payment and deliver nothing.
Portal Checks lists the official portal for each country we cover, with the government fee where we could confirm it, the source we used, and the date we last checked. Pick a country above, or read our guides to learn the warning signs.

How we verify
- Where links come from
- A link goes on the list only when a government site or an embassy notice names it as the official portal, or the address is the government's own.
- Fees
- Fees come from the government's page where we could confirm them. Where we only found tour operators or press reports, the fee note says so. Turkey, India and Sri Lanka charge by nationality, so we send you to the portal instead of guessing.
- Older or secondhand sources
- Some entries rest on older embassy notices or press coverage, such as Sri Lanka and Tanzania. Each one shows its source so you can judge it yourself.
- Dates
- Every entry shows when it was last checked. Rules and fees change, so treat the portal as the final word.
- The link checker
- It compares an address with our list of official portals and with lookalike sites that embassies or governments have named. A site on neither list is not proven safe or unsafe, so confirm it on the destination's embassy or immigration site.
- What we never do
- We never ask for your passport or payment details, and we do not process applications. If we ever add affiliate links, they will be labelled and kept away from the official links.
- Something wrong?
- If a link, fee or source looks out of date, tell us below and we will recheck it.
